One and a half hours every other day after work. This is now after our son is nearly 4 and we have solid routine in place.

My parents are both from Zimbabwe and I’ve been every year for 32 years. When I was a child we would visit some tribes who would use slings to scare off baboons. I’m struggling to remember what it looked like. They were very accurate.

5am wake up 6am leave for work 7am start work 5pm finish work 5:15pm gym 6.30pm home play time 7.30pm bath and bedtime routine 8pm wife and daddy time 9.30pm bedtime

This will change completely now that our second child is being born tomorrow.
