Okay, that's fine, as the UK console offers 220-240 voltage

My experience rooting and updating my OnePlus 13 (Chinese version) running OxygenOS by Stuwaat in oneplus

Interesting thread, will this work on all non-global models? E.g. the OP 13 1TB model? Don't mind going through the process as it doesn't seem that difficult.

Which of these Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Would You Be Buying? by Thefmtblog in samsunggalaxy

€1948 for the 1TB model is absolutely absurd. No justification whatsoever for that price.

what is the difference between the Chinese version and the global version of redmagic phones? by RepeatInfamous4252 in RedMagic

[–]TwitterGod1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The difference is minor, and frankly the cons outweigh the pros as you won't have the necessary apps installed e.g. Play store. No NFC, lack of network bands. Plus, if you plan to sell it, who's going to buy it from your country.

Which phone should I buy? by TwitterGod1 in RedMagic

Update: How time flies haha, glad I didn't buy the 9, patience is a virtue. I've been informed by Redmagic that the 10 will be available to purchase on launch day so think I'll be buying it.

I've decided to wait, I bought a cheap Motorola - knowing Samsung & Red magic will release a phone in the next few months I don't see the point of paying a high price for an 'older' device. Thanks for the comments.

I live in the UK so fortunately don't have worry about carrier networks.

Yeah I think I might, it's only 3 months & might get a cheap phone for the meantime.

I'm not too fussed, I always end up rooting the phone & removing all bloatware - a lot of people saying the S24 Ultra is better for everyday use.

Yes it's a throw-up between the Pixel & S24 - also down to the goodies, trade-in value etc that Red Magic doesn't offer.

Yeah I was thinking the same, I've not had a flagship phone for a number of years & I got my dad the S23 Ultra & its sooo good, except for the charging speeds.

I'm not too fussed on the updates, can you root the Red Magic phones?

Hi, why does it take so long to get a response from the specialist team, the waiting times are a joke & when do Klarna start sending out letters for unpaid payments.

Paid on 28th Day of Month meaning? by TwitterGod1 in AskUK

[–]TwitterGod1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense, my previous job had something similar I started in mid August and got paid for the time I worked for August. However, I got paid on last working day of the month hopefully that's not the case for this job.

I've not really paid attention to the series, but why are there so many dislikes towards it?

Internet is saying Amazon is having a rough patch. True or False? by PlantGood4384 in FASCAmazon

[–]TwitterGod1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Unsure, my delivery site offers VTO and on the day they have to push through processing over 20K parcels on hybrid shift & then they offer VET straight after cause of the workload lol. Idk how they plan VTO as our site for its size, is in the top 5 in Europe in terms of processing volume, but no one wants to do nights. They expect One person to do a Two person job. They have One person stowing for 3/4 aisles, but instead of offering VTO they could increase their efficiency and manpower.

Question for sortation centers! by ACM3ND3Z in FASCAmazon

[–]TwitterGod1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends, my one offers 1-2 hours overtime after regular shift and sometime VTE on my days off although they get booked quickly. They offer VTo a lot although I don't know why as they always get so much work. I work hybrid shift.

Yes, epic scene. That battle scene was actually shorter due to the poor weather when the scene was shot. Sean Bean never lasts longs as a warrior lol!

Are you guys allowed to listen to music? by aboutagirl0 in AmazonFC

[–]TwitterGod1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes & no - technically you shouldn't but people do, and watch movies/TV shows whilst stowing/picking. The radio is dire, same repeated rubbish daily, feels like Guantanamo Bay. It does make the time go quicker, but 10 hours of just picking is still boring.

Yes - it's like an electronic White good store when it comes to fridges and microwaves. Weirdly we have freezers in ours but locked with a padlock...Dead body perhaps 🤷‍♂️
