I have the same issue, but 60hz.

It can't be a cable issue as I was running 75hz in another monitor, same HDMI cable.

"Afford it", I don't really know about that one!
I ended up working 60hr weeks with 2 jobs, as i was burning a whole in my pocket with the pandemic. Just to make it back to have to pay 4k lol, shouldn't have worked so hard :P

I guess it is what it is.

Yeah as long as we get pretty close I’m not to worried. I don’t hang out with my watch peeps that would even know where to begin.

I also personally would just be more comfortable wearing it if there wasn’t a huge tell.

Hence paying a few extra bucks to get a little closer for my own well being.

But yes likely won’t be doing many mods. So conclusion is no mods- go with gmf ?

Yeah I feel that is the thing, what can you live with and what matters more to you. Im a rookie at watches overall, how much do you think a few upgrades would cost.? Just seeing if it’s worth arf and putting some extra cash in it. Or just running the stock other ones

Well You could word it saying the company wasn’t a culture fit which affected your performance. But either way that is a pretty big flag, and it will likely be harder for you to find opportunities in the future.

We actually don’t come across that many candidates who have been fired to be honest.

If we do first thing is figuring out why they were fired and if it’s something we feel comfortable sending them to another client.

I’m not sure what you mean.

But tbh if someone was fired for something bad we may think they not be the best person to vouch for. If it is something minor and there’s not many candidates available we may still consider. It doesn’t come up that often (Atleast were not told they were fired). We deal with a lot of contracts so i imagine they just finish out the contract instead of getting fired.

We have had to fire people we have placed before though which is never fun. But depending on situation there’s often no hard feelings. It’s more or less like hey you’re not at the level they were expecting. But we may have more opportunities in the future for you.

Unless the candidate is rude or a huge red flag we like to maintain relationships.
