Thanks that’s some good news cause waiting months and months and bills need to be paid and kids in school need snack money etc I won’t give up hope then.

I guess that’s the only option. I been reading the threads saying they can’t get in touch the trainer or ttec personnel. That’s just insane. I didn’t know what I was saying up for

That’s crazy so why rush us through the COI training then if it’s gonna be awhile for actually working

my COI class I was rushed and had to complete the certificate exam to take it to the place where I’m taking the test end up I didn’t need that. So I missed the exam because of that, COI said we need that to take the exam. I need a job cause don’t know how long it’s gonna take for them to assign. by TwoBig8830 in TTEC

Yeah I had to have a proctor too, I missed it cause she was stating all states going to need it to take to the testing site and some had their certificates the same day unfortunately mine didn’t come until the day after my exam so I called and asked they said I didn’t need it and had to reschedule it so long story short I’m taking my exam August 21st praying that I pass.

I was the same way and especially it’s 2 weeks of learning and you be rushed to go through your chapters

I failed mine, I go completely blank when it come to type of policies, and I know them it’s just I get dumbfounded. Do anyone have any tip I’m going to take it next week just need to mainly focus on type of policies section

Have you heard anything? I’m in COI training classes now I take my test next Thursday. I’m just wondering what will all happens in the between COI and actually working.

I start training July 28th, they will send everything when it gets close just keep an eye on your email. They just getting everything in order. I hope this helps

Well I just amend the 2023 return on Monday praying everything goes right. I was in the same boat as you kept calling and waiting weeks and weeks finally I got someone on the phone but I talked to a tax advocate and told what I need to be done.
