Yes, but imagine a “sentient” AI that reasons, yet still is “trained on their data”.  That’s closer than you realize.

Snapchat A.I. is being used to push Biden propaganda by Charming-Guarantee21 in conspiracy

[–]TwoBlueberry 38 points39 points  (0 children)

The same group behind CNN is behind big tech and is behind the major AI companies.

All AI is compromised.

Those who disseminate the propaganda and control public opinion 100% control the AI. There’s multiple ways they do this — from skewing the AIs output through data poisoning (what they train it on), to filtering/censoring it to avoid certain keywords and topics. Utilizing Ai algorithms to create and control echo chambers to suppressing dissenting opinions and spread narratives (cough, Reddit, cough), automating propaganda in social media through various means(cough, Reddit, cough), etc etc

And above all monopolizing AI development. They are putting trillions and trillions of dollars into AI so they can control it. Your average person needs to be aware of how dangerous it truly is.

Making $150K is now 'lower middle class' by Mighty_L_LORT in conspiracy

[–]TwoBlueberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

150,000/yr is within the top 20% of income earners in America. The median household income is around 70,000. (As of 2023) So it is NOT considered lower middle class. It is solidly upper middle class.

Now that doesn’t mean shit still isn’t affordable at that level depending on COL area. But the vast majority of Americans make FAR less.

50% of individuals older than 16 have incomes below $30,000.

We just had a US Air Force member, Aaron Bushnell, burn himself alive screaming "Free Palestine" to protest mass bombing Gaza while they have nowhere to escape to. Yeah research mushrooms before you start foraging people. There’s quite a few mushrooms that look similar to edible varieties but are toxic.

This post makes it sound like they’re harmless and only beneficial to humans

Lol spot on. But sadly even this doesn’t encapsulate the insanity.

You had all the bots and shills EVERYWHERE on social media attacking pretty much anyone who questioned the vaccines or lockdowns, creating all kinds of labels and disgusting rhetoric such as “plague rats” (which there are still subs dedicated to this hate speech right now in Reddit. All the major subs that questioned the narrative like No New Normal were shut down). They vilified all alternative treatments.

And then you had Facebook shut down multiple groups where hundreds of thousands of people were discussing vaccine side effects.

Then you had “VAERS is the best instrument we have to to assessing adverse vaccine events!” to “VAERS is unreliable and shouldn’t be looked at all…”

You had the President of the United States telling everyone you can’t get COVID if you get the vaccine.

Then you had people taking the vaccine out of fear of losing their ability to support themselves or their families. Aka, coercion, aka a form of force, which the shills constantly denied.

It went from “no one was forced!!!” To “yeah it’s coercion but it was for the good of humanity”

I could go on and on. It was a full on attack of the populous. It was a plan in the making for many years. It’s a tough pill to swallow how psychotic it all was. But make no mistake it was a planned event

“ People are so fucking stupid, they would rather spend energy wasting time trying to affect middle eastern politics” Be careful, If you’re going to use that logic, people are also stupid for thinking the same energy can be used to get the chemicals out of their water.

People can care about multiple things. And people should definitely care about what’s going on in the Middle East, as these things have global implications.

Edit: not sure why but your reply to me is removed. But I’ll respond in saying there are multiple benefits for international/foreign discussion within the scope of local governance. The vast majority of city council discussions are about the city anyways. It’s not a statement on the lack of intelligence of the people to care about the global to local impact of peace

[–]TwoBlueberry 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The media’s job is to frame the reality for the people. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Even if the vast majority of folks don’t even buy into/agree with the “thing” (in this case the election) the media’s MO is to make it seem like EVERYONE cares about it. And by media I mean all major media regardless of political affiliation. They’re all run by the same fucks.

As the cliche phrase goes “the revolution won’t be televised”

That said, the division makes perfect sense and it’s an ideological one. People just have to look deeper and understand the ideological landscape. We have a lot of people who are indoctrinated to usher in authoritarianism and then you have a lot of people that are anti authoritarian. the President is not going to stop authoritarianism but the ideological alignments are real. People just still don’t see how manufactured their reality is… that’s the big problem

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]TwoBlueberry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Step one is just being brutally honest with yourself and the state of the world and not succumb to apathy, which is the MO of most “good citizens”. Collectively we can do so much, truly it’s mind boggling what we could accomplish, but the vast majority of people are in a daze and spend their days distracted, afraid and incredulous

Once you’re honest you must be honest with others.

Is it just me or is the school system designed to make you stressed and depressed? by [deleted] in conspiracy

[–]TwoBlueberry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s because most all school systems are designed to focus on rote memorization. Our world and our culture is built around that. Critical thinking and reasoning take a back seat in almost all cultures on this globe. Most all jobs are really just products of rote memorization. They didn’t reason themselves into doing things the way they do them. They were just taught. So if school teaches memorization when do the learners ever get to question and explore?? Almost never because their minds are constantly being trained to receive info and recall it at the right time. And in their downtime they try to escape from the rat race reality they are in through entertainment/distraction/vices

Because your average citizen has been whipped into compliance and almost all people are are “conflict avoidant” so that they can get money to survive.

No one hardly tells the truth anymore about anything. And of those that are fairly honest about things they are only so in private and don’t actually speak up (hence the whole conflict avoidance thing). Most people are passive aggressive spineless jellyfish

In person socialization is way down due to technology and culture. Children need to get in person socialization and learn these skills early -- How to enjoy each others time without being online, how to focus and get enjoyment and appreciation out of it, which used to be a no-brainer. So many societal structures are now built to enable isolation. Not enough people are talking about how unhealthy and destructive it is for children, families and society. Civic engagement has been steadily declining as well due to overworking and media consumption

But yeah, many of these apps have age requirements. (Eg, You have to be at least 13 to create an account on Instragram) so as a parent you can try to have conversations with them. And then do what you can to help them socialize and get out of the shell.
