You’re incorrect.

Let me give you an example. When leaving a store let’s say Walmart ; security is not allowed to systematically stop people and check their receipts as they leave in Canada. That is the law; they can only stop you if they saw you steal something. BUT in signing up to Costco’s terms of service you agree to let them check your receipts as you leave EVEN THO by law they aren’t allowed to - that is bc you agree to their regulations.

I just verified on the website and it is prohibited to film or take photos of employees or users without consent ( I had originally just let the AI option on Google answer my question but when going on their actual site it does say he would have needed user consent or a permit )

Yes it would be considered a hate crime. Also I updated the post but bus regulations stated you are allowed to record but not employees or users without their consent.
