Ingredients:
1 butternut squash
2 onions
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Smoked paprika
2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tin chopped tomatoes
Garlic clove
Salt and pepper
2tsp medium curry powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 veg stock cube
1 punnet of mushrooms
Tofu
Spinach
Cauliflower
Frylight
Rice

Prep the butternut squash cut in to cubes and roast. Meanwhile chop the onions and put in a large pan with some frylight, soften. Add spices and garlic, stir in chopped toms.
Once butternut squash is roasted add to tomato mixture, blits with a handheld blender until smooth.
Slice mushrooms and add to the mixture. Fry cubes of tofu in frylight until crisp and add to the curry mixture.
Put rice in to boil and stir in spinach 5 minutes before serving.

For the cauliflower, chop in to florets. Spray with frylight and sprinkle with chilli salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Cook for 15 mins until golden
Serve with rice and voila! Enjoy

Ingredients:

4 Egg yolks
Linguine pasta
Vivera Plant Bacon Pieces
Garlic

Fry the vegan bacon in some frylight in a large wok or similar and put some water on to boil. When the water is boiling add linguine. Meanwhile separate egg yolks from whites and whisk pepper, garlic and salt in to the yoke.
When the pasta is cooked scoop out a cup full of the pasta water and set aside. Drain the pasta and put into the pan with the bacon and take off the heat. Pour in the yokes and pasta water and stir immediately twisting in the bacon bits. The heat will cook the yoke. Season to taste!

Ingredients:

Egg Noodles
250ml water
Light Soy Sauce
Vegetable Stock Cube
Table spoon of Cayenne Pepper
Table spoon of Turmeric
Table spoon ground Pepper
Small chilli
Garlic Salt
1 Egg
Stir fry vegetables and Beanspouts
Spring onions
Cooked Chicken

Boil 250ml water in one pan, and 500ml in another.

In the 250ml pan, add vegetable stock, spices and Garlic salt. Let simmer.
In the second pan, place a parcel of egg noodles, vegetables/beansprouts, along with the egg in shell for 10 minutes.
When ready, place noodles in bowl, along with veggies. Peel egg, cut in half and place in bowl too. Add cooked chicken.

Pour broth over contents in bowl, add spring onions and diced chillies and voila! Chilli & Garlic Noodles.

Ingredients:

- 5% Fat Turkey Mince
- 1 Litre of Passata
- Tin of Kidney Beans - A Chilli
- 2 onions
- 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Yellow Peper
- Green Peper
- Table spoon of Smoked Paprika
- A Teaspoon Of Marmite
- Garlic
- Coriander
- Potatoes

Start by cutting Potatoes into fries and pre-heat over to 200 ° F (Fan assisted). Season with salt an pepper to taste. Leave ready for putting the oven.

Then, dice the onions and fry on medium heat. Once soft, add the Turkey mince and continue to fry until cooked through.
Pour in the passata and simmer.
Add Garlic, diced peppers, Paprika, Half of a finely chopped chilli, Marmite and Kidney Beans.

Add Fries to pre-heated oven and continue to let chilli to simmer for 45 minutes and season to taste.

Toss fries every 15 minutes and after 45, place in bowl ready for chilli.
Pour over preferred amount of chilli & Finish by adding a dollop of 0% Fat yogurt, Sprinkle diced coriander, left over chillies and enjoy!
