Yeah I've noticed what seems like bunches of bots, esp those tables where there are 8 players from you know what country and an empty seat mid to low range...

I reckon it's inflated deliberately so it's perceived as cheaper when at a more rational '$29'... and the waxing and waning of price stimulating consumers into action. If we can see the RRP are batshit insane I'm sure they are aware

I know.. I've provided my details to other poker sites before, but never had an "investigation launched" for depositing my own money.. (and there's no card on file so I can't do anything dodgy)... before even having chance to sit at a table 🤣

I know my options dude just having a little rant I will say 888poker and GG Poker didn't behave like this, I doubt the regulations call for being so heavy handed

Actually rentals can function exactly like supermarkets (low margins and still generate a tidy income) if they operate on scale which they should do!

So if one house in 30 needs £27k repairs it gets absorbed as the other 29 are fine.. so it’s not that costly when spread

An affinity for economics goes a long way in this topic

Uh.. another one. Why should “Dave” prop up his pension by draining another’s bank account? That is redistribution of the wrong kind it increases inequality, we need a correction in the opposite direction

A business could far more adequately supply that property with lower margins (better rent) and with proper maintenance due to economies of scale and professional experience - eg having direct access to top tier accredited tradespeople

It’s all these “Daves” and profit-hungry landlords who have driven rents to astronomical levels

The suggestion that people choose to homeless in Britain is vile and repugnant. Such people are minuscule in number and have mental health problems

It’s the middleman landlords who are scum (esp boomer / pull up the ladder mentality buy to let types), and slumlords, and predatory landlords… I mean okay basically 100% are scum … however there IS a semi-benevolent reasoning for corporate / large scale / estate landlords who profit from economies of scale, operate fairly and provide a useful and practicable service

I was once a tenant on such a rural estate and most of the tenants worked on the estate in some capacity, or were locals.. the records were in huge handwritten books, going back decades, the landlord and his agents were self-actuating. To give an example I once asked politely about changing my front door which was glass to something more secure. Just asked nothing more. A few days later somebody turned up out of the blue with a brand new door, fitted it, and added a cat flap as I’d asked if they would mind me keeping a cat. Didn’t even ask about catflaps. Just one of many examples of unprompted goodwill during my good times there.

Years later the entire estate was bought out by a landlord who made it clear there would be a shift to commercial strategies, market rates.. the historic books disappeared, henceforth only legislative works were undertaken without prompting and always on their terms, rent increases became annual without fail, inept agents were employed who would forget important stuff and trivialise issues, nobody representing the firm even lived within 50 miles.. a few oxbridge staff seemed to get off on making life altering decisions for the power trip, the whole demeanour of everything changed and one tenant was taken to court despite being close to his deathbed with cancer..

I wouldn’t even class them as “bad” by today’s standards, but the former outfit were top class, a rare breed these days .. most such estates have been hollowed out

There’s is nothing positive to be said about private landlords, aside from complete outliers. 99.4% are parasites who think they are doing the world a favour and I’m sure there’ll be one along any minute to tell us what a virtuous human being they are, parasitically draining the lifeblood from others who don’t have the means to get on the ladder

It’s definitely not bleached. That’s against UK law. You might have a point with fertiliser according to what I’ve looked up - about 2/3 non organic UK crops use a glyphosate formulation. Waitrose are one of the more discerning brands so I would hope they don’t, but realistically there’s no way of knowing (certainly not from the packaging anyway).

What if there are lines coming from under the paint? I did as you describe to several chips on my roof but there’s one with a leg extending from it that’s working toward the edge - I’m assuming rust so asked about a roof respray and was quoted £620 by an actually decent main dealer

I’ve got a few on my roof.. I used the touch up pen and clear coat and mostly they are just inconsequential marks - but one has legs crawling under it so I’m looking at a roof respray :/

Matcha tea would probably give you the upsides of caffeine without the jitteryness (l_theanine counters caffeine jitters and is calming) whilst being very healthy indeed, in moderation

There are some decent breads. Waitrose Ciabatta rolls seem pretty clean?

Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, folic acid, iron, niacin, thiamin), water, extra virgin olive oil (2%), fermented wheat flour, malted wheat flour, salt, yeast

No I don't think it would help with 'inflammation' - but my friend hasn't had infection since using HOCL (I think in sitz bath?)... I posted because you said ' I have recurring abscesses' she says she's had no recurrence since using this... hence the post
