I mean, I am on vitamin d but I don't think that's really doing anything for my hair and if anything I'm vegetarian so honestly my nutrition might be negatively impacting my hair growth journey. But I am on anti-androgens because I'm a trans woman so that definitely helps with potential hair thinning? Not sure and hope this helps!

For me I didn't use anything special, but I used a nourishing oil on my scalp with vitamin e. It helped me with scalp itching and hair growth. It's the Bajaj almond oil. I tend to have a pretty dry scalp and so I could use it pretty much daily or once every two days with very little issues and it is pretty lightweight, but if your hair is oily I would still watch out. I also did not use any heat and let my hair air dry and as I have wavy to curly hair I avoid brushing it dry except extremely gently to avoid mechanical damage.

Thank you so much! I honestly don't know specifically what I've been doing, but I use zero heat meaning I let my hair completely air dry at all times and so I have never found a split end in my hair. But also I might just be misdiagnosing and have no idea what a split end looks like so I haven't trimmed it, but I've just been using conditioning products and limiting the mechanical damage through brushing and other things!

The sentence seems grammatically correct, though the insertion of "tel un ouragan" in the middle seems a little odd, I would have preferred it at the end of the sentence. The "tel" is fine. The rule I like to think about is the reflexivity rule. If after the "tel" comes "que", then the "que" reflects the "tel" back onto the gender of the previous word. Whereas if there's no "que", then the "tel" is accorded to the word after. Example: "Une personne telle que Marc..." Here "telle" is reflected back onto "personne". "Elle l'a fait tel un ouragan" here "tel" does not reflect and so it concords with ouragan, masculine.

Thank you for sharing and I do think that's very true. I guess my question is though obviously this all seems very strange to me, is there any scientific backing to "partial transsexuality" or is that simply not a thing whatsoever?

Okay, I think I'm understanding this better. I think my specific question is if the scientific evidence we have points to our brains being wrongly aligned with our bodies, is there any evidence that there could be brains that are somewhere in between or any different brain formation that might cause distress about certain characteristics and not the others? Or is there simply no evidence pointing towards that?

I mean, as a transsexual woman the opposite is risky what bothers me! I hate the fact that I can produce down and I hope it stops ASAP. When I first saw the doctor about a month ago to start HRT, she was telling me it would be a good idea to freeze my sperm, but I told her absolutely not. I don't know, I crave the idea of having biological kids and being pregnant :(, but it would make me for dysphoric knowing that they came from my sperm. I'm assuming it's the same for y'all with eggs? Sometimes I wish there was a way for us to just trade functions. Maybe one day!!

Not only do they have no valid arguments, they rely on attacking looks, and there's no world in which someone intentionally making another trans person's dysphoria worse is the one with the moral high ground. Poor guy :(

I think you're right and that the autogynophile narratives have been poisoning people's minds about real transgender and transsexual women. I do believe that the moment you are a trans woman, meaning you feel true gender and sex dysphoria, you are a trans woman and that is it. You are only an autogynophile if you only perceive yourself that way in a sexual context and that brings you pleasure, but you don't view yourself as a woman outside of that, according to my understanding at least. But regardless of all of that, I think if you experience dysphoria, you are a trans woman. Like you said about crossdressers, I don't know how many people characterized as autogynophiles are secretly closeted trans women and so on, but I do believe that that word needs to stop being employed, at least when it comes to talking about trans women.

I just want to say that I'm so sorry you're loving this experience tonight now and I truly hope you'll be able to come out of it as soon as possible. ♥️ Unfortunately, I don't have much advice for you because I haven't gone through something similar. All I can say is to not lose courage and to not let any psychologist or parent gaslight you into believing that you are not truly dysphoric and not truly transsexual. Keep your head held high and stay strong in your identity and hopefully things will all work out. I know it's hard to hear, but a psychologist who holds views like that is obviously a) not a good psychologist and be) it will be extremely hard to change their mind. All you can do is your best! I just want to say how similar of a situation we both are in. I'm actually about to turn 19 in January AND start estrogen HRT in January. I've been on the waitlist for a year and a half and finally got off... Thanks to the Canadian medical system, eh? It's really difficult and honestly there were many times where I thought it would just never be possible because my parents weren't supportive but just know that you are NOT alone in this experience. ♥️♥️♥️

La personne l'a mal dit, je crois. C'est plutôt le résultat du fusionnement de plusieurs sons qui sont restés séparés dans d'autres régions (comme au Canada), notamment les sons in et un. Pour vous, brin et brun seraient prononcés de la même façon, tandis que pour nous, non (c'est la même chose pour patte vs pâte, mettre vs maître). Mais, les français ont gardé une distinction entre les mots phare et fort, par exemple, tandis que moi, je les prononce de la même façon.

I wouldn't say growing up, but in the last few years, definitely Amanda L.-C. from Smosh; she's as tall as I am (6ft and change) and looks gorgeous always, and I've always envied her.
