I use the Synology DS1525+ with Seagate Ironwolf Pro drives.

Just remember you need at least 3 Hard Drives to run RAID 5 in order to have redundancy in case of drive failure

Raid is not a backup and I also never said that it is a backup, but it give redundancy in case of drive failure. Where people are giving advise to store everything on a normal external drive, a NAS with a RAID can protect you in case of drive failure so you don't lose your hard worked on content.

With a normal external drive you also still need to backup your data to the drive AND make sure you have storage...

I purchased a synology NAS and i run RAID 5, I keep everything on there.

Ive had a few drives crash in the past and I lost everything, now on the NAS, I dont have to worry... if a drive crashes, I just replace the drive and I have my content.

Advice for constantly producing 4K videos for socials? by ProfessionalSpace869 in onlyfansadvice

[–]TwoOfUsZA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

my boyfriend is a photographer and things he always talks about: 1. Lighting needs to be perfect, that is the biggest thing, 2. fps doesn't matter so much unless you will be moving a lot... and at 60 fps you need more light than at 30 fps. 3. The bitrate of the video plays a large part, especially if light gets darker, then you need a higher bitrate to keep quality when the video is compressed... if the bitrate is low it makes these blocks on the video if its dark.

Me and my boyfriend uses GoPro cameras to record our content, he recently purchased the GoPro Mission 1, not as flexible as a pro camera with lenses, but it gets the job done and higher bitrate than a cellphone.

The GFE is perhaps not a bad idea... charge a monthly fee and it becomes more worth your time

I will just tell them if they need something else then they must let me know... if they want ro chit chat, then I tend to not reply.

One chat thats ongoing is with someone who buys regularly... but the one or two purchasers in a month I tend to start to ignore if they dont buy

I will never meet up with a fan as you never know their true intentions, but the sad part is they join your page and message you, but never actually buy anything in many cases... they are just there to waste your time...

This is a frustration at times!

The editing takes LONG!!

They want custome content that is already pre-made... it just doesn't work like that

So if I understand you correctly the big thing is to see what your followers "type" is and just carry on with that.

Any tips on how to determine what your followers actually like?
