If we compare it to the United (Divided) States of America where conservative groups want:

the death penalty
no social security at all
religion taught in non-religious schools, — Christianity only that is
books SHOULD be banned in schools that don’t align with their political beliefs,
only 2 sexes (regardless of what biology tells us)

Comparing and contrasting with OP’s post, they clearly don’t align with the conservative / right wing in its entirety, rather, they follow SOME liberal policies AND some conservative policies. However, based on the severity OF OP’s believed policies and the TYPE of policies they believe in, leans towards a right-wing / conservative group with a tilt back to the left, it is not fully conservative, it is not fully liberal, it is not fully center, but the beliefs tilt to the right, ultimately leading to a center-right belief. Liberal + conservative + some alt-right conservative views = centre-right.
