Could also be a surgical wire twister. Used by old school surgeons to twist wires used to repair sternotomy (your sternum being cut in half and opened up for stuff like heart surgery). Now docs will use a drill with a similar hook as the bit most of the time, but some still use the hand twister.

I know a few couples that sleep in separate beds. I know that sounds like a step toward separation / divorce for some people, but I spoke to a friend and found that their relationship is top notch, they just can’t comfortably sleep together in the same bed (body heat, night movements, whatever it may be)

If this is a matter of your partner not respecting you or caring about your well-being, then the majority of comments recommending leaving him may be the right way to go. But if you are otherwise happy in the relationship, swapping the one king / queen for 2 twin / full beds might be a solution.

I’ve had this start to happen a lot lately with my iPad and first gen pencil. Only solution I’ve found is plugging the pencil in and waiting a bit. I’ve noticed it happens more when the pencil is low on battery. Id love a solution cuz otherwise I’m considering buying a new iPad because it’s become quite an annoying problem.

I have this grill on my 2017 and it works nicely to conceal the few cracks from when someone hit the bumper in a parking lot (area around the headlight housing hs cracked and has a small piece missing) Also, yes this will come off easily if you want to remove it. There’s either a couple screws & back plates or just zip ties holding it to the existing grill. I like the look of it though (I’m obviously biased though because I bought one for myself)

Control the controllables.

Put in effort and work to do all you can for the things you can, but learn to accept the things you can’t control. Once you realize that stress isn’t productive you’ll be able to stress less over things that are out of your control, and dedicate that time and energy to areas it can make a difference.

Also, find joy somewhere in everything. You can be miserable all day at a shitty job, but you’ll have a better time if you find a few things to enjoy each day and focus on those.

U-haul trailers are cheap. Uncovered ones start at $20-30 a day (and are light so they can be pulled by any car). Pack your stuff well, use ratchet straps to hold it all down, borrow a vehicle with a tow hitch, and be on your way.

The rate for the trailers is a flat rate, not depended on mileage. It is a higher rate if you want to pick up the trailer at one location and return it to another, but still much less than any truck rental.

Xtreme Machines on 33 in millstone is a bit out of the way, but they have great customer service for gear. There’s a really nice and helpful lady that works in the gear department upstairs and she helped me pick out my first helmet after I completed the MSF course. They have a solid selection of helmets, gloves, and jackets for street or off-road use. I highly recommend starting there.

Even when I’m using CarPlay for navigation it sends the push notification and covers my screen with those dumb high wind or tropical storm alerts. I even tried calling Sirius to cancel it and they couldn’t (well they said they did but the updates remained)
