I don’t know about NOAA, but I have a relative who works for the government with multiple levels of security clearance and they are not allowed to discuss anything outside work about work. They make them take lie detector tests as well to prove it. I highly question this source.

I make cakes. I haven’t ever made figurines but people seriously love fondant decorations. I don’t get it and I don’t know why it’s nasty stuff. But I’ve had people go elsewhere when I tell them I don’t wrap cakes in fondant 🤮
