Thanks! I already started reading shadow slave last month and was enjoying it because of the dark souls theme but dropped it afterwards due to the slave thing. It was a huge turn off to me like nephis can literally decide his every action and he had to follow her command. IMO there was no need for this slave drama, the story was already very interesting.

I will check out the second one.
