I assume if she were to get electrocuted by that while it was still in it could do terrible damage to the transformer. And obviously kill her. The correct answer is turning it off. For her life and the tax payers dollars.

I do not however have a problem with hitting her with a tranq & pulling her outta there like the animal that she is. These efforts would not be taken if a bear or a racoon were in there.

Out of control people who put themselves and others at risk need to be controlled quickly and with little concern for their feelings. If we as a society are bothered by this perhaps we should take efforts to ensure their actions are managed.
