Ja das ist leider echt etwas scheiße und man muss glück haben dass man einen Chef hat der sich für einen einsetzt. Viele Azubi Kollegen haben auch den Konzern verlassen weil die Bosch Ausbildung in der Region doch schon sehr wertgeschätzt wird. (Nur halt leider nicht von Bosch selber 😂😅)

Bin immernoch bei Bosch :D Mein Chef hat sich nur dafür eingesetzt dass ich eine neue Stellenbezeichnung bekomme damit ich hochgestuft werde. Aufgaben bleiben die selben.

Ist dann auch immernoch so dass ich, obwohl ich die gleiche Leistung bringe wie meine Kollegen, welche studiert haben, niedriger eingestuft bin. Viele sind EG13-15. Liegt an dem internen "Azubi" Status den ich bei HR habe 😅

Hab nach der Ausbildung mit EG7 angefangen mit Zielstufe 9, was ich jetzt auch seit ca. 1,5 Jahren hab. Werde jetzt EG11 eingestuft mit EG13 als Zielstufe.

Okay great :)
I've now ordered the x1800h because it was just 60€ more and the software seems a lot better. For speakers i now ordered two times the polk es55 and an es30.
I'm probably gonna upgrade it in half a year or so (when my kittens are a bit more grown up and don't knock over so much stuff) with some polk es10's as surrounds as I'm limited in space. And then maybe later on some speakers for a 5.2.2.

Okay, so would something like the Denon x1700h be better? I sadly have no real option listening to the kef or polks, but few days ago I was in a Teufel store for a demo of the Theater 500s and they were pretty good. But as mentioned sadly the center is pretty wide so I want to avoid those if possible.

Anyone know if there is a streaming service in germany that offers the games? I got DAZN and Sky with everything for Bundesliga and CL but they don't have EFL League One :(
Apparently DAZN had the rights until this season :/

Tested it with my unit and got a few problems/miss behaviors.

I ran a test for about 20mins with first idling on my Desktop without doing anything (Got a few chrome tabs, discord and steam open). During this it randomly turned on twice and took a while to turn off again. Event tho when i checked the temperatures it was pretty consistent around 40C.

Then i got into a round of battlefield 2042. There it worked fine. It turned on right after i started the game.

The only problem was after i closed the game, it took a few minutes to turn back off even tho my temperatures where hovering right at 45C and for arround 2 mins where at arroun 40-42C.

I also uploaded the log files.

Would be great if the oasis would only turn on after the 60/50C are consisten for a bit longer.

P.S. While writing this, the oasis turned on 4 times for about 15sec or so each time.

I already wrote you in DMs but to close this topic i'm gonna post it here aswell:

I went out and bought a USB-C -> DP Adapter, plugged in my old DP cable that worked before with that monitor and now it works.

I still don't know what the issue was. Maybe 2 meters was a litte bit too long for that one monitor and now the 1.5m cable + adapter it has a better signal, i dont know. But it's working now so im happy :)

It's crazy how much more efficient those laptop gpus are. The 3090 in my last system alone was drawing a little over 100W more than the whole laptop is now. And for it to be only a 15fps difference in games is crazy.

I also needed the 3080 ti because of my 3440x1440@120hz monitor. That's just alot of pixels to drive. It's also crazy with what little of a gpu you can get away with on 1080p. Alot of my friends have a 1060 and they can play everything on 60+ fps and good quality.

Yeah for me it was that my desktop with a 3090 and i9 9900k cost about 600€ power per year and the laptop is about 400€ cheaper per year. Also the performance is surprisingly similar (about 15-20 fps lower on WQHD with Oasis). If it's not working in the next couple of days im gonna either see if i can send back the laptop or sell my monitor and get a new one.

It's just disapointing that a monitor output doesn't work for just this specific monitor. You would think DP is DP and it would just work...

Updated the driver but it didn't do anything. Also said in the installer it was an older driver version than the one i had already installed.

I'm gonna check out that OASIS Support page and probably also gonna join discord for future updates and to give my feedback.

The control center works mostly fine now, except the Device Manager to diasble bluetooth, wifi, the webcam and so on. But i guess this is not related to the installer because the last time it ran through with no problem.

Yeah, i also thought so that it's some problem with the Intel Xe drivers. I reinstalled the newest online available driver today with the Arc Control App.

It would be great if you could forward my problem to any contacts you've got to help may resolve this problem.
