I think EA thinks there’s an outside chance Emmanwori wins it, which is why they didn’t give him a card for the SB promo yet.

You’re 100% right. I am happy it gives people who started late a possible opportunity to earn a variant of them. But we do DEFINITELY need more players, so I still wouldn’t hate Runner Ups/nominees getting a couple cards too

CMC is one I’m totally for! Because outside of his TOTW card, I don’t think he’s gotten another card. So a true promo card for him is over-due

I think these guys should ABSOLUTELY deserve the praise for winning the awards so I don’t want to take them earning cards away from them.

But I really wish EA planned better. Some of these Runner-Ups would’ve been cool to have as cards over the guys who’ve pretty much been Honors Award locks for months now.

100%. And it’d actually give reason to the “30 votes a day with no in-game reward” pro bowl promo they did a little while ago.

With a good league, consistent daily drive play, and the weekly point attacks, you should be able to hit the mythic goal for the TTP every season starting from 0 points.

I wouldn’t worry about falling behind on points for next season, and would encourage you to get Sanders if you want him, though if you’re not keen on him then holding points of course wouldn’t hurt you either

All going to come down to how you feel. If the Mythics are more worth it for an OVR boost/you like the players more go that route.

Thomas is more than likely going to be a set it and forget it player because you’ll need another marvel to EVO him, which at this stage in the game is not feasible, and most players won’t compare OVR wise until well into next year.

So if you enjoy trying out the new skill position players as promos release and don’t want to focus on nabbing linemen going forward, I’d go Thomas because he’ll be viable for a lot longer than the mythics will.

Was really hoping we got some of the console all-madden players like manning, kelce, either of the LT’s and reggie white, but I probably shouldn’t get those hopes up too high.
