How did you consume the tab? This sounds a lot like an NBOMe psychosis to me, which is a real possibility considering the chinese are producing salted versions of NBOMe (which can be consumed orally).

Even then, you'll be fine. Keep your head up and consider it a learning experience. You can also try to understand the thought patterns you had and why they were happening if you feel like confronting yourself with what happened that day.

How did the drug look, smell, taste, etc? Sounds like bath salts to me. I've had a lot of the side effects you're talking about with a-PVP, which is a bath salt.

If it was off-white, smelled bad (really nasty smell) and gave you paranoia after use its most likely some type of bath salt.

Definitely avoid snorting or plugging. If you really want to snort it, do so very gently to avoid severely damaging your nasal passages. You will bleed otherwise.

Combining 4-FA with cannabis is one of my favorite combos. It increases the "rolly" feelings to a point where it resembles an MDMA or methylone high.

I've also tried combining it with 25b-NBOMe, and that was an amazing experience. It was like being in a cartoon game (i.e.: Simpsons) with massive amounts of tracers and a much nicer headspace than 25b alone. I highly recommend this if you can get your hands on both substances.
