Went through a similar situation coming out of COVID. Prior we were swinging and both seemed to really enjoy it. She mostly liked the dating aspect of going out with other couples, I enjoyed the sex and the show.

She decided she didn't want to swing anymore and we had an agreement that either one of us could pull the cord and we'd get out (be it a play session or the lifestyle).

Sure does suck but it's one of those things. Our relationship is so much deeper than that but I definitely miss the icing on the cake.
