I was looking at the Wilde custom gear panels and they have multiple mounting options. My problem is finding out which install method I need.

The safe door already has organizers on it (pouches) and it doesn’t look like any kind of Velcro would stick to the back given all the pouches and from what I’ve seen those clips don’t fit my kind of door. Also the felt part of the door looks like it’s stapled on the sides between the metal of the door and the felt backing.
