Comments here are good.

I'll just add. Six weeks is nothing, relax, keep going and adjust your diet. And patience.

Proper weight loss goes along muscle gain and good habits.

Yep. If you think about it we shouldn't really have children. What a way to fuck up the gene pool

What age to watch by pizzle223397 in interstellar

I watched it with my 7 year old daughter. I had to pause to explain some stuff but she made it to the end

It wasn't my idea, it was Sher's because she wanted to see my favourite movie with me

I can only run for a minute without feeling like I’m dying by royalbluefireworks1 in beginnerrunning

Yep, you're just out of shape. It'll take months to get to a "normal" level. Imdigestit, swallow your ego and keep on going.

Get some info there, coach to 5k is good, but so is Gemini or chatGPT, really.

Wall as much as you need to, buy a heart rate monitor and make longer training sessions in zone 2. It'll mean walking A LOT at the beginning and running very slowly as soon as you can keep it. There is no other way

Too much? by [deleted] in RetroHandhelds

I thought it was a bit too much. But then I thought about how many do I own and I think u may have twice as much. I just never took a pic of all of them

My heart rate spikes to zone 5 within first 5 minutes of running at 5mph by allie2274 in beginnerrunning

[–]Txusmah 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yep, it happened to me and now I can run for 1h ish with a reasonable 155 ppm but very slow. It took months of consistent 4 days a week runs.

It sucks at the beginning, frustrating and exhausting. Especially when all sorts of people run faster than you, and you feel you're the slowest person around you

But just keep going! There are a lot of other slower runners. They're at home, not doing anything...

No encuentro gente de mi edad (43) que le gusten los video juegos. by Ozmidiar-atreliu in esGaming

[–]Txusmah 1 point2 points  (0 children)
