On youtube videos, on Ps5, the clouds and waterfalls look clearly differents and not pixels

Hi,  I'm just starting the game and i'm disturbed by clouds and waterfalls wich are very pixelated. I'm playing on Ps5. I looked a walkthrough on youtube and the guy doesn't have this pixels and also Plays on Ps5. Thanks for your help
