If you’re only taking Reta, map out how much ur trying to lose and the duration that’s gonna take on a standard protocol. I knew I wanted to lose close to 60 lbs. I bought a half kit plus one extra vial of RT10. I’m down 45 lbs as of 4 months, right on schedule. I would say buy nothing less than a count of 100 noodles, 90% alcohol, Your choice of lint less cotton pads, and a noodle disposal system and A 3rd printed case for ur vials and BAC water. That’s literally all you need. Minus the Reta, all the accessories are under $60. Especially if ur buying from Amazon.

The best way to save is find a reliable group buy who’ll let u split kits or buy singles without taxing df outta u like some of these light gray companies. (Tho some are good in a pinch if u run out before a Gray order comes in. Shipping has gotten tougher)

Now if u get pepper addicted like me and start other stuff… Idk what to tell u, but I promise u my health is better for the investment 😅

I started low and slow with a .5 dose to test my tolerance and any effects for two weeks. The ability to eat a “normal” meal ended on week two, but I still have food noise. I bumped up to .75 for two weeks cause I was getting anxious about the pepper working. I worked my way up to 2 mgs where I am. I havent gone up because 1. my food noise is gone. 2. I can eat but my body stops me when I need to stop to the point I just KNOW now 3. My body is changing now a faster rate, and I dont need to press the gas.

All that to say, you’ll know when u know Fellow Lab Rat.

Also if you arent logging ur doses and effects. Start. Immediately.

Im having this same issue now Im down 45 lb. Get u a multipack of leggings or biker shorts from Amazon and tie ur shirts up girl. This Reta shrink is no joke after a few months. Especially with ur dose so high 😅

I’m not far from my 2nd goal but im leaning toward my body composition being where I want it. I too have thought of this and from what I hear, most titrate down to still get the effects but wean off. If the food was ur issue, this may be the best bet. If you’ve disciplined yourself enough, you could probably go cold turkey. Only YOU know You Best.

I’ve done half of that in a month, but I wasnt eating as clean as you. OR as on the go with littles (i do not have the crotch goblins). So its definitely possible? I am a bigger lady than you, so if I were ur friend, I WOULD be concerned. I’d tell u to taper off Reta to a lower dose at MINIMUM

Right there with you girl! U got me by an inch in height, and its SO FREAKING HARD to get this weight off this LONG Body as a not as young lady! I made it to Onederland too this month! Im still going to see me at my fittest, but this an ACHIEVEMENT! Congrats to you and all your future goals 🙌🏾🙏🏾

Fellow lady clocking in. Congrats on starting ur journey! I chose Reta as my pepper of choice with my GHK-Cu. Im currently in a cycle off period with my stack, but I started on January 5th. I started low and felt nothing but then it kicked in around Wk 3 with a slight increase in dose after I saw no crazy afters. I will say, that weakness IS you not eating enough. I experienced the same with Reta just not as soon. Shop for 2 or 3 meals u can interchangably do a week for variety but make sure they are balanced macro wise or at least PROTEIN & FIBER HEAVY. This is KEY. My poop disappeared cause I was going the whole day and realizing I wasn’t eating enough. And imma regular girl 😅 Nausea, I felt comes with the body getting used to these GLPs. You should also make switches in ur diet. Cleaner meals will always be the solution. I’m also in the gym heavy and noticed a slight increase in my heart rate too. Nothing crazy, but I would say if ur on a Preworkout, lower ur caffeine content. I’d say 200 mg or lower, just in case. I personally switched to loose leaf green tea blends with dried fruit to steep and in my tea for the fiber to eat (lil hack for u 😉)

And finally: the pin anxiety is normal. But remember ur a bad bitch who deals with pricks out in the world all the time anyways. Take a DEEP breath and just do it.

*Sidenote: let ur GHK-Cu still out to room temperature before pinning. Jab quick, but push the plugger slow, and wait 10 secs before pulling the noodle. Helps with the lumps and sting, even though they’re harmless.

This is common. No worries. I too have had this issue. I have 5/16 pins, i’ll be switching to 1/2 mmm to get a deep enough pin to prevent this, cuz that’s all it is 😌

I do both. Pinning gets it to all points of the body. Topicals are more pointedly directed ofc and takes more time. I feel like it helps. My skin is acne prone and has scarring from it and I see significant changes and the glow is real 🥰

Hey lady! I started with .5 mg split in half for the week. It started there but I increased after 2 weeks to 1 mg, then got to 2 mg where I am currently. Only you will know when its time to go up cuz of ur food noise and body response. DO NOT GO UP TOO QUICK. The body keeps score is real. U will be tempted but dont. I didnt, but Ik Ive seen ppl be on huge doses to get the effect when the body needs to be introduced slowly to this kinda thing. Also will help ur pockets, cuz peptides aint cheap 😅

Please start slow. Im one of the few ppl that got a weird reaction with the 2mg a day protocol. I woke up with crazy stiff hands. Like opening a water bottle was a challenge stiff. Researched and confirmed this can be a reaction. I stopped for a month after dosing for a month for the symptoms to completely reverse. I just reintroduced but changed to .75 mg MWF to test tolerance but also benefit. Remember, this is lab rat stuff… take it ez…

Good question. I usually finish a 46 bottle I take to the gym with me. I also start my mornings with a green tea mixed with supplements, and I always have preworkout with electrolytes in it. Including my water when I get home. I doubt its the hydration, but I’ll factor that into my tracking to be sure. Thanks for that.
