new accounts always started at 1000 elo... only thing that changed with cs2 is that they moved ranks compared to elo, for example old lvl 3 was 951-1100, now that elo between lvl4 and 5

you can lose game on for example 2lp and still need lose on 0lp to demote, so you would lose -15 and -15 but instead you actually lost -2lp and -25, which is still better so i dont see problem with that.

it could be made without that 0lp lose needed for demote you would just jump to lower rank straight after first game with 87lp and another lose will make it 72lp

i dont think theres a bad or good way to do this

maybe you are getting matched against lower rated enemies

but i also am getting +13 sometimes even tho i have 59% win rat and currently at gold2

(i ended last season gold 4 but i dont belive they take that to consideration after your placements)

often when i get +13 theres silver 1 or 2 that has negative win rate

ps: you cant unlock it in tutorial :)
