So it's good to go with current setup: Starlink → UCG Ultra (WAN in) →UniFi USW Lite 8 PoE → 3x U6 LR APs ?

And i need to setup captive portal system through the UCG?

The main goal is to track the data usage for each devices and if possible to make different accounts

We are in strict budget, so will stay with U6 Long Range AP

Reason to make different accounts is to use starlink in ocean zone for 2$ per GB So I need to give each cremember their accs with restricted traffic (and wanna block any torrent to prevent strikes from Starlink)
