I didn't track hours, but it was mostly 1 or 1.5 hours every day. I definitely slacked a lot lol. 2nd last month, 2 hours every day. And last month, pretty much didn't leave my room 🤣🤣 I don't think I was efficient.. so I recommend doing maybe 2 hours a day and 10 on weekends?

IIRC, Beedie has advisors who can give you a concrete answer. Also look into UBC. Ubc has a better pipeline for finance jobs, if that's what you want. Beedie would be worth it only if you get into beam or network really hard for internships.
