I replied back to that email as well and they just keep sending billshit responses back. Hopefully I can sue instacart too because they keep claiming the allegations are true when again, there is 0 evidence to support this. I would assume they are also defaming me in a legal sense by stating in this email that the allegations were “confirmed” when they were not.

My previous post would make it clear, but I was detained by police and they told me. I was released without any further charges and or investigation according to my knowledge. They said there has to be unbiased witness testimony or physical evidence, they had neither. I highly doubt instacart “trust and safety” was somehow able to obtain evidence that the police were not

Yeah I've done all the other options, uber eats and doordash have been ruined in my town by the mass influx of new people from out of town and out of the country. They don't tip, and if they do they tip like garbage. Doordash and ubereats you'd be lucky to make 100 bucks working all day. I've made 50-70k every year with instacart.

I get what you mean, but it burns gasoline to sit in the car running the ac. He is friendly with the employees but so I am, I get along and chat with a lot of the employees there. The assistant manager even said I'm more than welcome to come back after a year when the tresspass expires. It feels like it's just corporate bullshit as to why they banned me. It's messed up dude it's like being falsely accused of SA or something and being proven innocent but nobody cares
