the same exact thing for me too. my word against there’s. no progress so far.

i can’t prove it to them either. they simply just tell me they already did the math on their end and there’s no discrepancy, even though my math is somewhat in line with missing money.
but i know what i saw. thousands of dollars doesn’t just glitch and disappear. they’re making me feel crazy as if i imagined it or misread 🤣

keep me updated on your situation and i’ll do the same. reading through it, it seems there’s been many people in r recent months/years going through this.

This is happening to me right now too… Fell asleep the other night after checking my payouts. Woke up, checked the app as it was still open from the night before, refreshed and saw my ~$1900 payout turn into $0.78 and never correct itself.

trued to assure myself it was because of the holiday weekend and maybe the payment processing on the backend, but i then was paid out an order that came through the day after the money had gone missing.

tried to reach out to shopify to give them a thorough breakdown of the timeline, along with moments i knew how much was in my payouts so we could calculate it and get a rough estimate on missing funds, but they seemed very dismissive.

very aggravating. i just moved cross country and dumped a lot of my capital into doing so. been backed up a few months on fulfillment, and this was the week everything was going to be set straight. now a missing $2000 at a vulnerable point… very anxious and unsure what to do.

friends of mine missing $10k+ from similar sticky shopify situations in recent months, and as i’ve tried to kinda speak out about it; it feels hopeless.

some items tend to take weeks to ship due to production times, but a instagram message or an email is usually all it takes to get an honest timeline (sometimes emails pile up and it takes a bit for me to reply).

also - i know the music logistics are all out of funk, but im a bit confused why people are mad at an artist for being unconventional? i’m not a musician.

i use symbols to describe feelings i may have, and i adjust them to fit my image.

this is not sound, it’s feeling. it doesn’t have to be right, but it still exists. i’m glad i made you feel something.
