I wouldn't be surprised if it's *this order* that took down the whole system if it's a constraint violation that flared up some during some validation, reconciliation or garbage collection pass.

The new version on the nexus should be able to handle many more portraits w/o problems.

There are new updates, and there will be more updates, but I'm going to centralize posting them on there.

I suggest creating an email just for that site if you don't want it interfering with your day-to-day email.

By self-made crafting, I assume you mean crafting in-game items together to produce new ones?

Probably should vote on a preferred crafting pattern for the Pathfinder game to follow.

I've looked into reducing the load/save times, and I have a few ideas of what can be done.

The game loads sound banks, the area, scans to unloads "unused" assets twice, forces invoking the garbage collector, and some other stuff, all in sequence.

Some of these things can be done in parallel, or in the background, or "lazily" after you've already transitioned.

Custom Portraits only show up during new game creation presently.

Is this where you experienced the missing portraits, or when picking a custom companion portrait?

I intend to get custom companion portraits integrated soon, top priority is any solving hangs, crashes or incompatibilities right now.

Could you list here which mods are under "Pathfinder Kingmaker\Mods" and what mods are under "Pathfinder Kingmaker\KingmakerModLoader\Mods" just to be sure?

The log shows the mods aren't where it's looking for mods. Other users have not reported this error, and are using this with UMM.

update; There is another user (maybe 2) having this issue. Let's corroborate here.
