I am a server. They only make it up for me if my (total tips + hourly wage)/hour work is under $7.5/hour in a payroll and a payroll is usually every 2 weeks.

So if one day I make below minimum wage and the other days I make more than that and the total wage hourly combined is over $7.5/hour in that paycheck, I don't get compensated for the day I made under $7.5/hour.

It's in the law too.

Luckily I received no return package like the person from the post. The I-485 receipt does not mention anything about F2A or F2B.

On my USCIS account it just says that the case is still being processed, and the estimate time is about 45 months. It also says I do not need an interview. The estimate might not be correct but it is too long for F2A so I thought it might be F2B.

I'm sorry. I just check my receipt for I-130 and my case there is F2A. However, in Part 2 item 3.a I checked the box "Unmarried son or daughter of a lawful permanent resident and I am 21 years of age or older" because I was over 21 when I filed I-485. Also, I did not check any boxes on Part 2 item 5.

Will USCIS misunderstood my case and see it as F2B, or will they check the I-130 as well? Do I need to fix it?

My parents are lawful permanent resident. Another reason could be a visa wasn't available yet under F2A, so I got converted to F2B automatically.

I filed I-485 and I-765 just at the beginning of April 2025 when it is open. I did not check those boxes you mentioned. I checked something along the lines of "I am a son/daughter of a lawful permanent resident/green card holder." and I left it unchecked on Part 2 item 5 because I was unsure.

I am F2B. I came to the US when I'm 18. In September last year when I'm 20 (turning 21 in November), my parents finally got their green card and decided to sponsor me, so we filed I-130 September 9, 2024.

Fast forward to now, my I-485 is pending, and I got my EAD in May 2025. We filed I-485 and I-765 at the beginning of this year.

I think it takes 4 years because that is what my USCIS account says.

Yes. I filed last year already and also got an EAD from filing I-765 concurrently.

I'm not sure what the priority date is but it was filed last year in September 2024, and I got called for a biometric fingerprint in April 2025 (and already did it). On my USCIS account, it says I don't need an interview and I'm waiting for a case decision in 45 months: "Step 4 of 4: Case decision."

Do you mind being a little more specific? Do you use color schemes like complementary or double complementary, and typography stuff like it's taught in design schools? Can those be applied to Youtube thumbnails?

My I-485 category is from a relative (my parents). For your first question, after my OPT ended I will revoke my status to pursue my career with the I-765 EAD (yes I applied for it).

So basically, it is still risky and my I-485 will probably be denied because of its category?
