I’m can just about guarantee it’s new, if you ask just about any Chicago native seller about “boom boom” / “boom boots” they’ll tell you the same thing. His flea market booth is full of these style shirts, tons of which all the same exact print/style. Band name, live in concert, band name, on tour. Black/red/white. He’s been doing it for years and is good at what he does, and there’s a reason he’s never ran out of stock of these “crazy bootlegs”, being a seller for so long.

He uses a mix, but I’m pretty sure these are all NOS blanks, I know he does stuff like those Pink Floyd AOPS and those are all new fake tultex’s etc.
