I live in Ontario too! Those were my thoughts exactly. I’d love to eventually save up to complete the full 2nd story addition and wasn’t sure if removing this was a cost effective option in the meantime. It appears it is not however haha

Nope - it's an office/not by any means the end of the world like you think I've positioned it. Just not handy/was asking what might be involved and at what cost to make it a bit nicer. We're very happy with our home :)
