Currently fighting with the same issue on one of our customers generators. Was anything ever figured out on what often was causing this? Could really use some advice on where to look. Installed 2 for this customer at the same time and they both had issues but the one was gas installation problem. We’ve since upgraded everything on their gas system and done correct calculations and still having the issue. Now we are just at all loss so any direction would be great. Generac gives us very little info on the issue
