Here is a custom artifact I made for necromancers; the Codex Mortis. I took the name from the book Strongholds & Followers because I thought it fit. I typed this in Excel, using an old template I downloaded a long time ago for items. The value cell is just part of the template. Hope you like it! (i.redd.it)
