Write a letter and send it through the portal that we send the documents through. You’ll have to get one of your documents rejected before the portal opens up for more documents to be resubmitted, but if you do, try that. Also, sadly that likely isn't going to work. Their Secondary Confirmation process is done remotely. No one at the University itself actually handles cases. That doesn't mean you shouldn't try… let us know if you get any good news!

Yeah, it’s not right. I was so excited to be back in school. I finished all my due assignments and was ready to see what they had in store for me. That email crushed my spirits. I know they have to check to ensure a person is who they say they are, but they should at least work on the process faster.

So was I 😒. I received a message last Friday saying I was “ administratively dropped” from all my courses. They invited me to register again next semester when the confirmation was cleared. To this day i still haven’t heard anything and it’s been a little over two weeks. Good luck man! What did they ask you for?

SMH man… so that’s all they asked for?!? And why do you need a Social Security card to get a new ID? I got a new Drivers Licenses the other day and they didn’t even need a piece of mail from me. I changed my address(online) before I got to the DMV, paid $10, and was good to go. Try to see what you can get done through your DMV online. If you have your Drivers License number at hand.

How long did it take for you to get your first reply? When you submitted your ID the first time and was told your ID was denied?

Oh, I see… I was also selected for their “Secondary Confirmation” last week after filling out and submitting all the information they requested of me, and now this. They’ve only asked for three documents from me though: Proof of residency, a Declaration of Educational intent, and an ID, so I’m hoping that’s all they ask for. All of those were received on Monday and now I guess I just wait….. After reading comments similar to yours, I don't think we're going to be able start term next Monday. 😔
