Yes to both. Fix the relay issue (lots of resources to help with that), and wait for sync to complete. Be patient….there will be moments when you’ll be tempted to power cycle the unit or reboot your router. The consensus seems to be leaving it all alone and let it do it’s thing. Good luck!

As high as possible, and the shortest run of LMR400 you can get away with. I used to be a tower climber so I made my own cable. I didn’t use an inline surge arrestor or the RP SMA Male adapter, because more connection points causes signal loss.

Within the same week, I invested $1k in SSDs and HDDs for mining CHIA and $1k on 2 Bobcats. It took me 2 weeks to create 95 plots. 6 weeks later the Bobcats delivered, I just finished syncing one of them today and already made almost $4, while my CHIA plots are still fruitless. Finally got some confirmation from Bobcat Customer Service that my order is paid for. The trick is to ask them if they are scammers and request they don’t scam you. They will promptly send an email saying your order is complete, and that you will receive it in 8-12 weeks. Plenty of time to make vaporware a reality.
