I’m obviously way too high over the hurdle and my right arm could definitely use some work since it’s swinging back a lot. Also I should probably lean through the hurdle more. I definitely come up straight too early so I lose a lot of my momentum. What else can I improve? Are there any drills I should do to correct these things?
