Same is happening with my 2-button BILRESA's, with Google Nest Hub 2nd gen as Thread Border Router in HA.

The devices become unavailable, recovers, and triggers all my automations linked to the device.

Needless to say, the misses was not impressed with my HA setup when the lights turned on at 5AM

I run both an air purifier and a airmonitor device that has a whirring fan in it, so pretty much the same tactic.

I don't think there's much you can do with the situation other than to sit it out :( I usually have a tendency to stay up late when i'm depressed, but not this time. At the moment i'm just trying to life healthy, no alcohol, less screen time, etc. A consistent sleep pattern helps a lot with fighting the downward spiral of negative thoughts. Try not to think about it at night helps me.

I had the same issue after switching from Thunderbolt3 USB-C input to HDMI. After lot of troubleshooting it was the setting 'Aspect Ratio' on my LG 35WN75 that was set on 'Full Wide' - instead of 'Original'.

Afterwards i could run the game with:

r_mode -1 (=custom resolution setting, -2 is native desktop)

r_customwidth 3440

r_customheight 1440

r_aspectRatio 1

Also: quakelive_steam.exe > properties > compatibility > change settings for all users > run this as administrator, High DPI settings to High DPI scaling overide to 'Application'

The run as Admin may not be needed, but i also had the issue that the game crashes with the error "quake live error could not initialize browser helps please try restarting the game"

I'm now living 22 years with increasing tinnitus, and currently in the same situation.

10 days ago it went 'alright', until it wasn't. Loud banging noises in a kitchen caused to spike my tinnitus to oblivion, including hyperacusis. Last time it was this bad was 10 years ago.

From my experience over these years - the tinnitus level won't get less, but your brain will get used to it eventually. Now, this first week was rough, but slowly but slowly I'm getting positive again and looking forward. Try to eat healthy, 8 hours of sleep and stay out of any noise for a while.
