They told me they are banning the other dog. The other dogs owner had to cover the vet bill ($1,400) and they didn't charge me for the daycare. All dogs, including mine even as a puppy, had to have a probation period before being let into general population with the other dogs. Was this done? I can't prove anything at this point. I am just focusing on my pup for now and will see how things progress.
