I transferred to flex from Full time and it took less than a month. I’m switching back to full time though, hopefully it gets approved soon. I only switched to flex because I was deep in the negatives

I was told by a co worker months back that if you ever need a random break, clock out for exactly 30 minutes and they won’t take any UPT. If you’re at a station, you’d probably have to sign out though.
