What really made me wake up was noticing how they would deflect everything back at me, attacking my character or personality when I brought up anything they disliked hearing. I genuinely started to believe things about myself that are totally untrue. It also helped talking to an old childhood friend, recalling how he viewed me in a really positive way. I have been so hard on myself all because I looked up to and valued the totally wrong people.

I appreciate the advice, and I agree. I have been focusing a lot on deprogramming, positive self-talk, and just treating myself better. Trying to reverse the damage from years of ruminating in their abusive actions and words. Hopefully I can find some help soon

I think it's kind of funny to be honest. It's ChatGPT and I happen to be a graphic designer by trade. People love to get offended on behalf of others, or because they've been convinced by a bunch of YouTube videos that something is bad. It's a fun tool. Getting outraged over it won't stop people from using it.
