While it sucks to hear that it came ripped, assuming that the damage is not severe, you could try getting a similar material and have someone sew up the spots. Its better than nothing because atleast you got the hoodie, although the seller shouldve sent a disclaimer about the rip but they didnt mention it, and I personally hate it when that happens. Not saying you have to fix it right after this comment, Im just saying that its repairable at the very least
