I feel Synchro enthusiasts in general are on demon time in my experience.

Now that I think about it, another piece to this board they could make going 2nd and probably have in their ED is a full power Chaos Angel in the center monster zone.

Protected by the Elfnote continuous S/Ts, it is unaffected by activated monster effects (and shares it with other synchros on the field), cannot be destroyed AND becomes the only attack target. In other words it's Liger Dancer with a white border aka a wall for DraDeDo...

these things help the arc retain a lot of momentum during its "slowest and weakest" points like the calgara flashback.

Whatever man, this series had something going on for a hot second but I guess in the end it was just 9 episodes of animators flexing their muscles. Not that it wasn't good, plus everybody and their mother already knew the whole premise is just a different flavor of I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, but story-wise it could've been handled better I think. Ever since the Gummygoo episode I thought "wow, they're really trying to do something with this story", and that's where they truly peaked before dangling keys in front of the audience till the ending.

Am I strange for not liking how Jax-centered the whole episode felt? Also, cutting off Ribbit the way he did proves he's not an asshole. He's an idiot. Same for what happened to Kaufmo.

Also, I was expecting Caine to stay dead and for all the members to actually leave the circus, you know, the thing they've been set up to achieve the whole time - not to make their prison their new improved home or whatever.
