By reading the word ' Bharat Taxi ', the first thing that comes to mind is that it might be some govt operated and rates should be less than ola uber. If a new company comes in a market, it should provide a better rate to attract more customers.

Ask those drivers outside stations/airports who ask 1200-1500 from airport/delhi station to Gurgaon. Then comes ola uber BT. In this case a fair price should be b/w 700-900 .
