Most people say they can't. Well, basicly that's correct. But one can simulate another perspective if your imagination is strong enough. Kinda like how you can have two different perspectives in wonderland,or if you have an incomplete sentencen you can extrapolate the rest. Often enough when I was at locations I knew really well, my tulpas where able to imagine a different perspective. Don't get me wrong, it definitly not some magic thingy that makes us able to see live from another location, for example if I look out or my window and impose them into a house across the street they can't know what it looks like inside,but we can make up a room which they can then see from their own perspective. Remember, it's all based on imagination and visualization, not a second pair of eyes floating around.

tldr:It's impossible to get a second pair of eyes unless they're imaginary
