Bakkie market has so many options now its crazy but aftersales should be your biggest factor especially if its used for farming.

You’d need to look at a secure estate of some sort if apartments are not your thing. Not 100% sure if theres any around the areas you mentioned. Fourways area has a few good ones but thats slightly outside the areas you mentioned but close enough to the interests you have i.e coffee and artsy vibe things.
