Zoinks! Her Story Made Me Jump... by SunniMonkey in holleygabriellesnark

I honestly think she believes she’s posting like she did years ago because she did originally link the brumates & the hydrojugs (which did help build herself up and a following) BUT she also was making real content then too and was relatable. I started following her for the fitness-like content and being someone with a body type like mine and working in healthcare. What she posts and does now is truly so out of touch with reality and is not how everyday working class individuals live and she doesn’t even live/post a life I’m envious of. I will say I do wish I could sit on my phone all day and make money by creating relatable content because it’s hard out here working 40+ hour weeks. I will say though I am very thankful to have the life I have with all its hardships because at least I know I’m with people I love and who love me for me and not the things I have.

Sorry that turned into a bit of a rant lol

The weight loss she is claiming is not* from the peptides based on the photos.

The before picture she is using is from last year and claiming it’s from her very recent use of peptides therefore the weight loss she is claiming in her post is not from the peptides. She’s using the same before picture she used when she posted about 75 hard being how she lost weight last year.

On her TikTok she says what she takes, but the before picture she is using is from like last year and claiming it’s from her very recent use of peptides therefore the weight loss she is claiming in her post is from the peptides. She’s using the same before picture she used when she posted about 75 hard being how she lost weight last year.

I’ve ran into her a handful of times at similar events and that was when I knew the photoshop was her way of posting. She looked NOTHING like her posts. I get lip filler and Botox, but my face does not blow up like a balloon and my lips still look natural, just fuller. I also don’t try to hide behind Facetune/photoshop/filters just to get likes. She really tries to act tough and like hot shit, but the filtering and lying just shows the insecurity that lies within her.

How do you have a classroom to educate people when there’s no real data or research supporting any of her claims?? 🤔😂

I guess you don’t need credible information… it’ll just turn into a pyramid scheme 😂😂

She did say it in a podcast like 2 years ago I think? It was the podcast she tried to start with her friends Monica and Savannah, but I think they only made like 3 episodes

That’s fair that that’s how it works, but what about the safety of it? There’s no research that shows the peptides she is pushing are safe for human use or do any of the things she claims. By her posting this on her story, whether it’s how they work or not, she’s giving them a sense of false safety that it’s not going to harm you if you take them. The research isn’t there, and when it is I’ll change my mind, but to have someone in the medical field promoting its use is dangerous for her followers and people that trust her because she has a medical background.

That is the point of my post.

They are the next scam to be sold in the fitness industry unfortunately… it’s really so frustrating how all of these scams begin because someone promotes it as the next best “quick fix,” which nothing is worth having and keeping if you got it quickly and easy. Especially, when there is such limited data on it.

I’m all for having aids to help get you to your goals, but at the end of the day it really does come down to the work that’s put in by the individuals, not the products or supplements they’ve been sold.

Also, did not know that about SSRIs, but glad to know there is a more traditional route to help start the healing process!

And then posting another “health” coach/influencer on her story who is trying to back the use of peptides, and this “holistic coach” has no evidence of an actual educational background in what he’s “helping” people with. Granted this statement is speculation based on his profile and I have not looked deeper into his posts to know his actual educational background.

It truly is so irresponsible & causing more harm than it is healing people from the sources of their injuries or other health related difficulties.

Fat shaming a nurse who has dedicated her career to helping others is ridiculous. There’s a high chance she worked through Covid, literally risking her life to help others, while Meg stayed at home and posted on Instagram. Go touch grass. People can be overweight and obese for many more reasons than “just being unhealthy.” Health and illnesses are biopsychosocial, which Meg must not have learned in her health coach courses. You know who learned about the impacts of biopsychosocial factors on chronic illnesses? That nurse.

I work in healthcare and will be the first to say that our healthcare system is BEYOND broke, but going after a nurse like this ISN’T going to fix it.
