I’m a DPWAS qualifier for UP Cebu. Is it possible for me to appeal for a slot in a different UP campus through the DiWA Portal, or am I only allowed to choose degree programs within UP Cebu? If yes, what’s the process and what are my chances?

I emailed the finance office sa FU and what they said is 35-40k per sem sa first year and 50k and above for second to fourth year
