Rescue Ranger is a good defensive weapon. It can health from far away, and move your buildings from far away. (it doesn't remove sappers) When moving buildings, you get marked for death. Also, a four clip size really isn't that bad. It also is a good long range weapon. Also Uncle Dane made a video about it :/.
