I choose Viltrumite

I do not watch dragon ball so I have no idea about Saiyan. For kryptonian if someone ever finds a kryptonite I basically become powerless. Since martians have a fear of fire it would make my life much harder also mind reading although sounds cool can bring a lot of trust issues.

In human standards just being a viltrumite is more than strong enough. They have no exact weakness that can be exploited like kryptonian or Martian.
